Harvest Night at Bible Study

Wednesday nights are bible study night for Austin and I and this week was a special Harvest Night... All the kids dressed up and had a night full of games that all lead up to a prize at the end (with candy along the way of course!)

Halloween Week

This Halloween week started Wednesday with Kid's night at the local Kroger. They had coloring, cookie decorating, donut eating, milk tasting, game playing and of course lots of candy!

Piercing Pumpkins

We are a bit more of a "piercing pumpkins with plastic faces" than "carving pumpkin" kind of family... Less messy, way easier, much quicker!!

FREE Swingset!

We received this swingset in pieces for FREE for people in the sub next to us... What a treat! Now it needed a few pieces and will need some TLC come spring, but take a look at this that Andrew put together!!!

Accordion Lesson

Not only did we have a great meal at Bavarian Inn, but Austin also received Accordion lessons from the sweet lady entertaining us!

She played Twinkle, Twinkle, Row Row your Boat and the UM fight song!

Last minute

Last Tuesday and Wednesday we took a last minute trip to Birch Run and Frankenmuth...

We did lots of shopping all day Tuesday and spent Wednesday in Frankenmuth enjoying the nice fall weather.

Scarecrows

South Lyon has a great display of scarecrows throughout downtown. Local businesses and people enter their "art" to compete for the best crow around.
