3.30am

The journey to New York began at 3.30am on Tuesday.  The good old alarm went off and I got up to feed the little man so we would have a happy traveler.  Then out the door and off to our friend Stephanie's, who so kindly drove us to the airport, at 4.45am!  what a trooper!

Of course there was no one at the airport that early, so we got right through security, not an easy task with an infant.  They made us take him out of his car seat where he was sleeping so soundly.  I guess anyone can be a terrorist huh?

The flight to Baltimore went great and we had a quick layover before heading to Albany.  Our sister in law Andrea came to pick us up in Albany.  When we met her, she looked a little frazzled and we soon found out that she had just locked her son, Gabe, born three days before Austin, in the car.  Security had to come help her out!

We then went to see Jesse at school and had a great lunch at this burger joint called Five Guys.  If you are ever near one, check it out, it was delicious!!!  Best homemade fries ever.

Later that night we enjoyed a delicious homemade mac and cheese dinner and finally got some much needed rest.

In Albany, only 10.30am and we've been up 7 hours!

The Cousins finally meet...they've waited 6 long weeks for this
